Personal Profile

I am originally from Fort Atkinson, Wisconsin. At a young age, I developed a passion for sports. My first memories of athletics are watching Brett Favre lead the Green Bay Packers. Growing up I played baseball, basketball, and golf. I was a 2-time state qualifier in golf during high school and continued playing at Edgewood College. While in school I completed two internships in Madison, at NBC Channel 15 and ABC Channel 27 respectively. These opportunities further sparked my desire to work toward a career in sports journalism and gave me a first-hand look at sports reporting in a competitive television market.
